Locked out of Procon Account

If you accidentally lock yourself out of your procon layer you can re-gain access by resetting the permissions for the user to the full admin access.

To do this, go to the client portal and find your layer in the list and click on it to open it up.

Now you should see the management view for the layer. Stop your layer and wait for it to be stopped. After that click on the File Manager tab.

Next go into this file located at Configs > (serverip_rconport) > (serverip_rconport.cfg). You should now have the config open. Look for the user you wish to grant full privilege access and adjust the number at the end.

For example:

procon.protected.layer.setPrivileges "DockerAdmin" 8328

To this:

procon.protected.layer.setPrivileges "DockerAdmin" 4185975

Once you set that click on the "Save Content" button and start your layer backup and try logging into the layer from your procon client. If you forgot your password to the account you can see it in this file /Configs/accounts.cfg.
