Refund Policy
At EZSCALE Hosting, we stand behind the quality of our infrastructure and support. To help you get started with confidence, we offer a clear and fair refund policy for new customers.
Eligibility for Refund
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial invoice date.
- Refunds apply only to your first order as a new customer. This may include one or more services (e.g., multiple VPS instances or standard dedicated servers) purchased in a single transaction.
- Refunds are limited to one per customer or account. Subsequent purchases, renewals, upgrades, or add-on services are not eligible.
- Abuse of this policy (e.g., creating multiple accounts to obtain additional refunds) will result in denial and may lead to account suspension or termination.
Dedicated Server Refunds
- Standard dedicated servers from our existing inventory are eligible for a refund if they are included in your initial qualifying order and meet all refund criteria.
- Custom or special-order servers—including servers we had to procure specifically to fulfill your request—are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are excluded from this refund policy and are non-refundable:
- Domain registrations or transfers
- Software license fees (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, Windows Server)
- Custom setup or configuration fees
- Custom or special-order dedicated servers
- Any services ordered after the initial qualifying purchase
- Accounts in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
How to Request a Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your initial service, please open a support ticket within 14 days of your first invoice date. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
